Method 3: By removing Outlook Add-in

  • Press Windows key+R
  • Type Outlook /safe in the Open box
  • Click on the File menu and click on the Outlook options button
  • Then next click on Add-ins and click Go which is beside Manage Com Add-ins


  • Check the offending Add-ins and disable it.
  • Close the Outlook and restart it.
