Step-1
Download and install DRS EMLX Converter Tool. Run the application as Administrator.
Step-2
At first, you will see two options: Single File/Multiple Files and Select Folder. The first option enables you to add single or multiple EMLX files. Whereas the second option helps you to select an entire folder containing any number of EMLX files.

We are choosing the Single File/Multiple Files option. You can select any option as per your preference.

Press the Next button to proceed further.

From the left panel, click on the Select File(s) button. You can also press the Select Folder button.

Select the desired EMLX file/files that you want to convert. Click on the Open button to add them to the list.

After that, you will see all the selected files in the list.

If you want to remove one or more EMLX files from the list, select those files and click on the Remove button. Also, you can remove all files by pressing the Remove All button.

Click on the Next button.

After that, you can check the EMLX file preview. Choose the required mailbox items and select the Next button.

Now, you will see all the EMLX file conversion options.

The Save/Backup/Migrate As option defines the output format of the source files. You can choose from either File Formats or Email Clients.

Opt for the File Format field in the Save/Backup/Migrate As option.

Expand the list of destination file formats and choose PST.
Step-15
The Remove Duplicate Mail option allows you to skip all duplicate emails based on to, from, body, subject, and cc.

Select the Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachment Files option. It allows you to exclude email attachments while converting EMLX to PST file format.

If you want to break the resultant PST file into multiple smaller files, tick the Split Resultant PST File option and provide the size of the resultant PST files.

The Date Filter option allows you to convert emails associated with a particular date range. Select this feature and enter the appropriate Start Date and End Date.

For saving the resultant file in a custom-named folder, select the Custom Folder Name feature and enter a suitable name in the field.

With the Path to Save button, you can save the resultant file at any desired location. By default, the Desktop is the saving location of the output file.

After choosing all the file conversion options, click on the Convert button to start the process.

The file conversion process will take some time depending on the number of EMLX files.

As the process completes, a popup appears. Click OK to close the popup.

Now, you will see the list of all EMLX files that are converted to PST file format. Press the Download Report button to download a CSV file. Also, press Convert Again to save EMLX in different file types.

Tick the Email Client option. Expand the List and choose Gmail.

Provide Gmail email address and app password. Click on the Sign in button to log in to your Gmail email account.

Alternatively, you can tick the Login with Modern Authentication option and click on the Sign in button.

You will be directed to the Gmail login page. Choose the desired Gmail account.

If the Gmail account is already signed in, give the access permissions to Gmail and Drive. Click on the Continue button to proceed.
Note: You need to provide the email address and password if your Gmail account is not logged in.

After successful login in, the file conversion options will appear.

Tick the Remove Duplicate Mail option and choose the parameters like To, From, Body, Subject, and cc.

After that, select the Migrate or Backup emails without Attachment files option. It enables you to skip email attachments from migration.

If you want to save the email attachments in a distinct folder, tick the Save All the attachments in Separate Folder option. When you select this feature, the migrate emails without attachment files option will automatically get disabled.

Tick the Date Filter option and provide Start Date and End Date to migrate emails of that specified date range.

For naming the destination folder in your Gmail account, Tick the Custom Folder Name option and type the name in the field.

At last, click on the Convert button to start the migration.

The application initiates the migration and the time taken depends upon the size of the source EMLX files.

After that, a completion popup will appear. Click OK to close.

You will see the migration report. To download this report, press the Download Report button. Also, to migrate EMLX to another destination file type, press Convert Again.
