Step-1

Download DRS Excel to vCard tool and run it as administrator.

Step-2

Here in the top right corner, you can choose any of the options to perform below steps:

Purchase: Click on the first icon i.e., Buy button to purchase the full version of the software.
Activation key: To activate the full version, you have to provide the order id and the activation key respectively.
Help: Click on the Help button to know how the software works.
Software Info: Info button provides you with brief information about the software.

Step-3

Here, click on the Browse Excel button to locate and add the Excel file.

Step-4

Select the desired Excel file from the location and add it by clicking on the Open button.

Step-5

From here, you can choose the Excel file on which you want to perform the conversion process.

Once the Excel sheet is selected, click on Yes to proceed.

Step-7

Here you will get all the Excel data you have selected. Verify the data and perform further steps.

Step-8

The two modes of the conversion process are provided by DRS Excel to vCard converter tool. You can select either of the option to perform the conversion.

Using Standard Mode, you cannot eliminate or remove data from the selected file.

Here by choosing Advanced Mode, you can specify the number of columns and rows you want as per your needs. Or you can click on the Load Data option to load the data in the table.

Once data gets loaded, click on Next to proceed.

Click on Excel Field to select the data and match it with vCard Field data.

Here, you need to choose a data column from the vCard Field corresponding to the Excel Field.

Add, remove or remove all buttons that can be used to add, or remove selected entries.

After verifying both the Excel and vCard fields, click on Add button to add selected entries.

Now, click on the Next button to proceed further for conversion.

You can specify other options here as per your requirement.

Choose “Create a Single file for all contacts” to save converted vCard files in one single folder, or click “Save as Blank Contacts” the leave the vCard fields blank.

Step-19

Here you can select the vCard version on which you want to save your converted Excel file.

Step-20

Once all the fields are selected, click on the Next button to begin the conversion process.

Step-21

Finally, your Excel files get converted into vCard. Now if you want to perform another Excel to vCard conversion, click on the Convert Again button, else download the Report and close the application.
