Start the software on your windows system.
The user can select a Snapshot image of the database taken in previous processes.
OR select the EDB file for conversion and click Open to add them.
Provide EDB file version manually or tick auto-detect checkbox.
Tick checkbox “Support Non-English character”.
Set recovery settings: Select Recovery Mode.
Tick checkbox to handle alignment errors in the EDB file. Click Next.
Click Ok after the scanning process gets completed.
Now select the EDB items for conversion.
You can save the snapshot of the ongoing process. Click Save button to continue.
Select the option “remove duplicate emails” and “date range”, if you want to filter emails and delete the duplicates. Then select the Saving format. Hit the Next button.
Choose to create a new PST file or add in an existing PST file. Then click on the Next button.
Shortly all the EDB data will get converted to the PST file. Click on the Ok button and exit.
Step-14 : For Office 365
Enter the login credentials of your Office 365 profile and click on the Ok button. Very quickly your data will get saved on the Office 365 profile.
If you want to save the EDB in other file formats such as PDF, EML, MSG, MSG Unicode, TXT, RTF, MBOX, & HTML then select the Output file type option.
Select the output file format, provide file saving path & naming convention, and click next.
Soon all the EDB data will get converted to the MSG file. Click on the Ok button and exit the software.
