Create GoDaddy Mailbox Backup in PST File Format

Step-4: After that, expand the Save/Backup/Migrate As field. You will see the complete list of file formats and email clients available as the resultant file formats. Choose PST file format from the list.

Step-5: Tick the Remove Duplicate Mail on the basis of To, From, Subject, Bcc, Body option to exclude all duplicate mailbox items from migration. Also, the Maintain Folder Hierarchy feature will keep the data in the correct order.

Step-6: To automatically delete emails from the GoDaddy mailbox after conversion, enable the Free up Server Space option. Also, check the Skip Previously Migrated Items to backup only new emails and leave the previous data.

Step-7: The Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachment Files option helps you leave email attachments from saving. So, tick the option if you want to create a compact and precise backup.

Step-8: The advanced Split Resultant PST feature allows you to break down the resultant PST file into multiple files based on size. Enable this feature and set the size of the output file.

Step-9: After that, opt for the Set Backup Schedule option and define the date, time, and frequency to conduct the backup. By enabling this option, the tool automatically starts back up at the specified instant.

Step-10: Now, tick the Mail Filter option to enable the date range filter. It helps you to migrate emails of a particular date range. Tick the option and assign the Start Date and End Date to specify the filter limits. You can also give a custom name to the output folder.

Step-11: Click on the Path to Save button to Give a custom destination path to the resultant file. At last, click on the Convert button to start the migration of GoDaddy Email Backup.

Step-12: After finishing the GoDaddy mailbox export, you can download the conversion report by pressing the Download Report button. Also, you can click on the Convert Again option to conduct another mailbox backup.

Export GoDaddy Emails to Gmail Email Account

Follow Step 1 to Step 3 as mentioned above to Migrate GoDaddy Mailbox to your Gmail Account.

Step-4: Open the list of Save/Backup/Migrate As fields. After that, choose the Gmail option from the list.

Step-5: Now, fill in your Gmail username and app password of the desired email account. Then, click on the Sign-in button.

Step-6: After adding your Gmail account, tick the Remove Duplicate Mail On Basis of To, From, Subject, Bcc, Body option to prevent email duplicacy. The Maintain Folder Hierarchy feature allows you to maintain the output file in the correct order.

Step-7: The Free up Server Space option will help you delete all emails from your GoDaddy email account after taking backup. The Skip Previously Migrated Items feature and Migrate or Backup Without Attachment Files will make the file compact and accurate by excluding unnecessary data from migration. Enable these features as per your preference.

Step-8: If you want to conduct an auto backup, you can enable the Set Backup Schedule option and enter desired date, time, and frequency.

Step-9: By selecting the Mail Filter feature and entering a particular Start Date and End Date, you can enable a date range filter to your mailbox. Also, tick the Custom Folder Name option to give any desired name to the resultant file. At last, click on the Convert button.

Step-10: Press the Download Report button to download the GoDaddy mailbox conversion report in CSV file format. Also, you can click on the Convert Again option to repeat the process for another file format or email client.

Migrate the Mailbox Items to Office 365 Account

Follow the steps below to migrate your mailbox data to an Office 365 account. But first, perform step 1 to step 3 as mentioned above.

Step-4: Choose the Office 365 option from the list of email clients and file format in the Save/Backup/Migrate As option.

Step-5: After that, enter the username and password of the desired Office 365 mailbox. Click on the Sign-in button.

Step-6: Now, check the Remove Duplicate Mail on the basis of To, From, Subject, Bcc, Body option, and the Maintain Folder Hierarchy feature as per your preference.

Step-7: Tick the Free up server space to delete emails from your GoDaddy mailbox. The Skip previously Migrated Items option and Migrate of Backup Emails Without Attachment files feature to exclude unnecessary data from backup. Enable them as per your requirements.

Step-8: For initializing the migration on a particular day and time, enable the Set Backup Schedule option. Set the frequency for creating a backup on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Step-9: Tick the Mail Filter option and set Start Date and End Date to enable the Date Range filter. Also, give a custom name to the resultant file by choosing the Custom Folder Name option. At last, click on the Convert button to start the backup.

Step-10: Now, click on the Download Report button to download a CSV file of the conversion report. Also, press the Convert Again button to migrate the GoDaddy mailbox backup again.
