Step-1
Run DRS HostGator Email Backup Tool.
Note: Internet connection is mandatory to use this software.
Click the available buttons for Activation key, Buynow, Help, etc.
Step-2
Now enter HostGator Email account credentials. Click Sign-in.
Note: Use a Third-party app password for login.
Step-3
You can see the email items in a tree-structure pattern.
Step-4
After that choose the mailbox items you want to backup and click NEXT.
Step-5
Now choose the backup file format from the available choices. Here we elect PST format to explain the process.
Step-6
Save your valuable time and storage space by choosing the Remove Duplicate Mails option.
Step-7
If previously migrated emails using this tool then choose the option to skip them.
If you want to migrate without attachment then tick the appropriate option.
You can also schedule the HostGator backup process respectively Once, Daily, On Every Week/Month, On Week/Month Days.
Step-8
Here you can apply Mail filter by entering a Start date and end date parameters for selective migration of Hostgator emails.
Step-9
Now if you want to add a custom folder name then tick the required checkbox.
Step-10
After that pick a file-saving path from your computer or external hard drive to save the backup files.
Step-11
In the end, click the convert button to start the backup process of HostGator emails.
Step-12
Wait for some minutes till the backup process gets finished.
Step-13
The HostGator to PST migration is completed, you can download the report or choose to convert again. If not then close the application.

Enter your Gmail profile credentials. Click Sign in to continue.

Wait till the software loads your Gmail account.
Step-7
Select the option to remove duplicate emails.
Step-8
If already migrated emails then choose the option to neglect them.
If you want to migrate without attachment then choose the available box.
Set Schedule time to backup HostGator emails respectively Once, Daily, On Every Week/Month, On Week/Month Days.
Step-9
Perform selective migration by applying the Mail filter by entering a Start date and end date parameters.
Also, if you want to add a custom folder name then tick the required checkbox.
Step-10
Now click the convert button to start the Hostgator backup process.
Step-11
Wait for a few minutes till the tool exports all HostGator emails to Gmail account. Set the timing for the next migration.
