Step-1
Launch the DRS IMAP Backup Tool. Click on the Add Row button to add an empty row.

Tick the row and provide the required login details of the IMAP account.

Repeat this procedure for adding multiple IMAP accounts. Hit Next.

After successfully verifying the IMAP account, you will see the mailbox preview. Tick the desired mailbox folder and click Next.

Expand the list of destination file formats/email clients and choose PST.

Click on the Dest. Path button to define the saving location of the resultant PST file. Click Next to proceed further.

Tick the Remove Duplicate Mail option and select the parameters (Subject, Body, From, and To) to filter out duplicate emails.

The Free Up Server Space option allows you to delete emails from the server after completing the migration.

If you want to exclude email attachments from the backup, select the Migrate Emails without Attachment Files option.

Opt for the Save Attachment in Folder option to save the email attachments in a separate folder. You can define a custom location for the email attachments.

The Date Filter feature enables you to back up emails of a particular date range. Tick the feature and choose a suitable Start Date and End Date to define the date range.

After that, select the Custom Folder Name option and give the desired name in the field.

To break the output PST file into multiple smaller files, tick the Split resultant PST file and select the proper size.

At last, click the Convert button to initiate the migration.
Step-15
The application exports your IMAP mailbox emails. It will take some time, depending on the size of the mailboxes.
Step-16
After completing the process, you will see the conversion report of the backup process. Click on the Download Report button to download the CSV file of the conversion report.
Step-17
Click on the View button to check the location of the resultant backup file. To return to the home screen, press the Home button.
