Step-6: After that choose the Gmail mailbox items you want to backup and click NEXT button.

Step-9: Also, tick the checkbox “Maintain Folder Hierarchy” to keep data intact and in a structured manner.
Step-10: “Delete Email” you can choose this option if you want to delete emails from the server after the backup process completes.
Step-11: Here you can apply Mail filter to filter emails by entering a Start date and end date parameters.
Step-12: Similarly, you can apply Task filter to filter tasks by entering a Start date and end date parameters.
Step-13: Now if you want to add a custom folder name for the output file then tick the required checkbox.
Step-14: Use the file rename feature by selecting the naming convention option as presented.
Step-15: Select a file saving path from your computer or external hard drive to save the backup files.
Step-16: In the end, click the convert button to start the backup process of Gmail emails on your Mac machine.
Step-17: Wait for some minutes till the backup process gets finished.
Step-18: The Gmail to EML conversion is completed, you can download the report or choose to convert again. If not then exit and close the software.

Step 2: Here click on “I don’t have authentication code” and enter the following details.

File Path: Select the desired path to save the .info file.
Now click the “Get authentication code” tab.
A new .info file will be saved in the user described location.
Step 3: Send the .info file produced by the software at sales@data-recovery-solutions.com.
Step 4: Within some time user will get the authentication key in his/her Mailbox.
