Step-2: Provide valid HostGator credentials to Sign in.

Step-3: Choose the folder by expanding tree structure from the left pane and click on Next.

Step-4: Just select the file format or email client from the drop down menu to save the HostGator data.

Step-5: Select PDF as file format and check on all the three options highlighted here in order to remove duplicate mails, save PDF attachments separately and convert PDF attachments to PDF Format.

Step-6: Select below options as per your requirement.

Step-7: You can use Mail Filter option and select date range to save the emails.

Step-8: You can select and create Custom Folder Name.

Step-9: Select the Naming Convention option to save the backup email in a particular format.

Step-10: Now, provide the saving path by clicking on Path to Save and click to Convert button to proceed further.

Step-11: Wait for the saving process until it gets done.

Step-12: Here you have successfully completed the backup process. You can now choose below option as per your needs.

Step-13: Here you can download the report or perform another conversion by clicking on Convert Again button.

Step-14: Select folder from the tree view to save into Gmail and click on Next.

Step-15: Select Gmail as saving option from the drop-down menu and also click on the highlighted link to enable IMAP.

Step-16: Give Gmail credentials and click on Sign in.

Step-17: Check Remove Duplicate mail option to remove duplicate emails.

Step-19: Choose Mail Filter option and select date range.

Step-20: Create Custom Folder Name.

Step-21: Click on Convert button.

Step-22: Wait for the saving process.

Step-23: You have successfully backup your data into Gmail.

Step-24: You can either download report or convert another file again.
