Similarly, you can apply Task filter to filter tasks by entering a Start date and end date parameters.

Now if you want to add a custom folder name then tick the required checkbox. Also, select the naming convention option if you want to rename output files.

Pick a file saving path from your computer or external hard drive to save the backup files. Click the convert button to start the backup process of Hotmail emails.

Wait for some minutes till the backup process gets finished.

The Hotmail to EML conversion is completed, you can download the report in CSV format.
