Step-1
Download and install the DRS IMAP Email Backup Tool for Mac. Run it as administrator.

Click the Add Row button to add an empty row for the login credentials of desired IMAP account.

Now, provide the required email ID, Password, Port, and Host.
Note: If you don't know about the port and host, check the prerequisites to use the IMAP backup tool.

Alternatively, click the Import CSV button to import a CSV file containing all the IMAP accounts and their login credentials. It is the fastest way to add multiple IMAP accounts for migration.

After entering the required login details, press the Next button.

The application will display the IMAP mailbox preview. Select the mailbox folders that you want to migrate. Hit Next.

Expand the File Format/Email-Client field and choose PST file format from the list.

Hit the Next button to proceed further.

Now, you will see the options related to IMAP email migration.

Tick the Remove Duplicate Mail option and select the parameters: Subject, Body, From, and To. It will exclude all duplicate emails based on these parameters.

After that, select the Free up server space option to delete IMAP mailbox emails after completing the migration.

The Migrate Emails without Attachment Files option helps you skip email attachments from migration. Enable this feature for migrating only necessary mailboxes.

You can also save the email attachments in a subfolder by enabling the Save attachment in folder option. Furthermore, you can use this option only after selecting the Migrate Emails Without Attachment Files feature.

The Date Filter is a date-ranging filtering option. If you want to migrate emails of a particular date range, tick the Date Filter and provide appropriate dates in the Start Date and End Date.

You can also give any desired name to the folder containing the output file using the Custom Folder Name option. Tick this option and enter the specific name in the given field.
Step-16
The Split Resultant PST File feature allows you to break the resultant PST file into multiple smaller files. Select this option and choose a specific file size.
Step-17
After selecting all the desired migration options, click the Convert button to start the migration.
Step-18
The application is now migrating your IMAP mailbox data. Wait till the process gets completed.
Step-19
After completing the IMAP migration, you will see the conversion report. Click on the Download Report button.
Step-20
Click on the Home button to return to the main screen. To check the resultant backup file, press the View button.
