Steps to Migrate Mac MBOX files to Outlook PST format
Steps to Import Single and Multiple MBOX files to Gmail

Step-1

Download and Install the DRS Mac MBOX Migrator Tool on your macOS.

Step-2

The software displays you two different options:

Single File:- It allows you to browse a single MBOX file.
Multiple Files/Folder:- It will enable you to add multiple Mac MBOX files or select a folder containing a number of files.

Here, we select the Single File Option and click On the Browse button.

Step-4

Choose the MBOX file you want to convert and click Open.

A tree hierarchy opened on your screen, containing all the folders and subfolders of the MBOX file.

Check the folders that you need to migrate. Here, you can also know the details of a specific folder by clicking on it, like Total Message Count, From, Subject, Received Date, Email Message and Attachments files. Click Next.

Select the saving format as PST, EML, MSG, or others from the Saves/Backup/Migrate As options. (Chosen format is PST)

Check these features if required:

Save In Same Folder:- Try this option to make the source and destination path for the output folder the same.
Remove Duplicate Mail:- It allows you to exclude similar emails from selected folders.

Migrate or backup Emails without attachments helps you to drop the attached files with emails.

Mail Filter:- This feature allows you to perform selective migration of MBOX files within a specific date range.

Go for the Custom Folder Name option to enter the name of the output folder as per your desire.

Click the Path To Save button to select the destination location of the resultant folder.

Once you select all the required features, click the Convert button to start the MBOX files to the Outlook PST conversion.

Next, you will find the migration process report showing basic details like From, To, Status, Duration, Message Count, and Path. Click the Download Report button to save the report.
