How to backup office 365 email account with DRS Mac Office 365 Backup Software

Step-2: Choose the backup option to move further.

Step-3: Enter your O365 account details in the given space.

Step-4: You can choose to assign impersonation rights. Click the sign-in button.

Step-5: You can also import CSV file from your system.

Step-6: Choose the CSV file to add on the software interface.

Step-7: Or choose the mailboxes that you want to backup or click the select all button.

Step-8: After that choose the backup option.

Step-9: Click NEXT to continue.

Step-10: Wait till the software loads all O365 folders.

Step-11: Select the mailbox items that you want to backup and click NEXT.

Step-12: On the next screen, pick the file saving format. Here we select EML in our example.

Step-13: Tick the “Remove duplicate Mail” checkbox to neglect duplicate emails.

Step-14: Tick the “Mail filter” checkbox and enter date parameters to filter emails on the basis of the date range.

Step-15: Similarly, choose “Task filter” for selective conversion.

Step-16: You can add a custom folder name. (if wants to).

Step-17: You can rename the output files. Choose the naming convention option for that.

Step-18: Pick the path to save the backup files on your system.

Step-19: Now click the convert button to start the process.

Step-20: Wait for some time till the process gets finished.

Step-21: The office 365 backup process is completed, you can download the report or choose to convert again. If not then exit and close the software.

Step-13: On the next screen, pick the file saving email client. Here we select AOL in our example.

Step-14: On the next screen, enter your AOL profile credentials and click the sign-in button.
Note: Use a third-party app password for login.

Step-15: Choose the provided option to remove duplicate emails.

Step-16: Tick the “Mail filter” checkbox to filter emails.

Step-17: You can also filter tasks for that tick “Task filter” checkbox.

Step-18: You can add a custom folder name. (if wants to)

Step-19: Now hit the convert button to export O365 emails to AOL.

Step-20: You can see the progress bar to check the backup progress.

Step-21: The office 365 backup process is completed, you can download the report or choose to convert again. Or you can close and exit the software.

Step-2: Now click the select files or folders button to browse backup files.

Step-3: After browsing the files, now select the files and click open to add them to the software. Click the NEXT button to continue.

Step-4: Now choose the items that want to restore to your office 365 account.

Step-5: Click the NEXT button to continue.

Step-6: Now enter O365 credentials and click the sign-in button. (You can also assign impersonation rights)

Step-7: Now choose the mailbox id’s or click the select all button.

Step-8: After that hit the NEXT button to move further in the process.

Step-9: Select a particular username id in which you want to restore the backup. Click NEXT.

Step-10: After that select the folder type from the options.

Step-11: Here you are allowed to choose the restore option. Hit the NEXT button to move further in the process.

Step-12: Opt option Remove Duplicate emails.

Step-13: Apply customized Mail filter. Put date as parameters.

Step-14: Now apply task filter. Put date parameters.

Step-15: Select to add a custom folder name.

Step-16: You can also choose the option to restore to the default folder.

Step-17: Click the convert button to start the restore process.

Step-18: Wait till the application restoration process gets completed.

Step-19: The Restore Office 365 Mailbox from backup is completed, you can download the report. If not then exit and close the software.
