Below are the steps to convert your OST files to PST file format on Mac PC
Step-1
Download the DRS OST Converter tool for Mac from the official website of data-recovery-solutions.com. Install and run the application as administrator.

As you launch the tool, you will see two options: Single File/Multiple File and Select Folder. Choose the first option to add single as well as multiple files and opt for the other option for adding a complete folder.

Here, we are selecting the Single File/Multiple Files option. Click on the Next button.

Now, click on the Select Files or Select Folder button as per your requirement.

Select the desired OST file from your Mac PC and hit the Open button.

Now, the file has been added to the application. Click on the Next button to proceed further.

The application will process your request and fetch the OST mailbox data.

After that, you will see the Outlook mailbox preview in a tree structure.

Tick the required mailbox items from the mailbox preview and click on the Next button.

Follow the below procedure to convert Outlook OST to PST file format

Expand the Save/Backup/Migrate As field and choose PST file format from the list.

Tick the Remove Duplicate Mail on the basis of to, from, subject, bcc, and body to exclude all duplicate emails.

After that, enable the Save in Same option. It allows you to save the result at the location of the source file.

The Maintain Folder Hierarchy feature helps you to keep the mailbox data intact after the migration.

If you want to exclude email attachments from migration, select the Migrate or Backup emails without attachment files option.

The Split Resultant PST file option allows you to split the output PST file into various smaller files. Enable this feature and provide the required file size.

Next option is the Date Filter feature that helps you to export emails of a specific date range. Provide a suitable Start Date and End Date and hit the Add button to add this date range.

If you want to give a custom name to the folder containing the resultant file, tick the Custom Folder Name option and enter the desired name in the given field.

Click on the Path to Save button to define the destination for the resultant file.

At last, click on the Convert button to start the OST file conversion process.

The application initiates file conversion as per your request. The time taken will depend upon the size of the input OST file.

After completing the process, you will see a pop-up message about completing the process. Click OK to close.

You will see the conversion report. Click on the Download Report button to download a CSV file of the conversion report.

If you want to convert the selected OST file to another file format or email client, click on the Convert Again button.
Perform steps 1 to step 10 as mentioned above. After that, follow the below instructions.

Choose Gmail in the Save/Backup/Migrate As field.

After that, enter the desired Gmail email address and app password in the respective field. Click on the Sign-in button.

After successfully signing in to your Gmail account, you will see Gmail in the destination field.

Tick the Remove Duplicate Mail option for excluding duplicate emails from the migration based on to, from, subject, bcc, and body.

Next, tick the Maintain Folder Hierarchy feature to keep your mailbox data intact.

The Migrate or backup emails without attachment files feature helps you to leave email attachments while migrating your data.

Tick the Date Filter feature and provide the appropriate Start Date and End Date in the fields. After that, click on the Add button.

If you want to assign a custom folder name to the resultant file, mark the Custom Folder Name option and enter the desired name in the field.

At last, click on the Convert button to migrate OST file content to your Gmail email account.

Wait a while. The application exports your Outlook mailbox to Gmail.

After successfully migrating mailbox data, you will see a pop-up wizard for the completion of the migration. Click OK to close.

You will see the conversion report. Click on the Download Report to download this report as a CSV file.
