Steps to Backup Zoho Emails on Mac with Zoho Backup Tool for Mac

Step-2: Click the available buttons for Activation key, Buynow, Help, etc.

Step-3: Now enter Zoho Mail credentials. Click Sign-in.

Note: Use a Third-party app password for login.

Step-4: If you don’t know about third-party app pass then click the mentioned link to create and use a third-party app password.

Step-5: You can see the Zoho mailbox items in a tree-structure pattern.

Step-6: Now choose the mailbox items you want to backup and click NEXT button.

Step-7: Now pick the backup file format from the available choices. Here we elect PDF format to explain the process.

Step-8: Select option to Remove Duplicate items from the selected emails.

Apply checkbox to Maintain folder hierarchy.

Go for Save PDF attachment separately.

Go for the available option to Free up server space.

Step-9: If previously migrated emails using this tool then choose the option to skip them.

If you want to Migrate without attachmentsthen tick the appropriate option.

You can also Schedule the Zoho backup process respectively Once, Daily, On Every Week/Month, On Week/Month Days.

Step-10: Here you can apply Mail filter by entering a Start date and end date parameters for selective migration of ZOHO emails.

Step-11: Now if you want to add a custom folder name then tick the required checkbox.

Step-12: You can also go for the Naming convention option in order to rename the output files.

Step-13: After that pick a file-saving path from your Mac computer to save the backup files.

In the end, click the convert button to start the backup of ZOHO emails.

Step-14: The ZOHO to PDF migration is now completed. You can cancel the next migration schedule or start the migration early.

Step-15: You can download the report or choose to convert again. If not then close the application.

Step-8: Perform selective migration by applying the Mail filter by entering a Start date and end date parameters.

Step-9: Also, if you want to add a Custom folder name then tick the required checkbox.

Step-10: Now click the Convert button to start the Zoho backup process on your Mac computer.

Step-11: Zoho Mail to Gmail migration is completed. You can set the next backup schedule as per your requirement.

Step-12: You can download the CSV report or choose to convert again. If not then close the application.
