DRS Maildir Migrator tool is one of the best tools to add Maildir and Maildir++ files. The tool has a capability to convert Maildir files to MBOX, PST, EML, PDF, etc. formats effortlessly.
Step-1
Download and run DRS Maildir Converter tool.
Step-2
You can click on Menu bar to purchase the full version of the tool. Or you can click on the icons showing in the top-right corner to purchase, updating key and reading help manual.
Step-3
Click on Single File option to select the single Maildir file to convert.
Step-4
Browse for the file and select it.
Step-5
To select Multiple Files/Folder, you can click on the highlighted part here and click on Next button to proceed.

Here you can select either of the option as per your needs.

To select Files, click on Select file and select multiple files and click on Open.

Once the files get selected and click on Next button.

Here in the left panel you can check the Maildir file.

Now select the file and click on Next button to process further.

Here you can save the converted file in any of the format showing in the drop-down box as PDF.

Select PDF as a saving format here.

you can check Remove duplicate mail on basis to Tos, Froms, Subjects, Bcc, Body option to remove duplicate mails.
Step-14
check Save in same option and click on Path to save to select the path.
Step-15
Check “Save PDF attachment separately” option here.
Step-16
If you don’t want the attachments, you can check “Migrate or backup email without attachment files”.
Step-17
Here you can use the mail filter option to select the date range.
Step-18
Here you can select the name convention.
Step-19
Here you can give the custom folder name by clicking on it.
Step-20
Click on Path to Save option to give the saving path and click on Convert button to begin the conversion process.
Step-21
Here you can download the report after converting the Maildir data or click on Convert again button to repeat the process.
