Use the file rename feature by selecting the naming convention option as presented.

If you don't select to save in the same folder then provide the file saving path to save the output file on your system and click convert.

After that click on the convert button to start the MBOX to PDF Conversion.

Wait for some time till the software converts MBOX to PDF.

After that, you can download the report or choose to convert again. Choose to close the application, hit yes to exit.

Wait for a few minutes till the tool exports all MBOX emails to Gmail account.
