Step-1: Download the DRS OST to Office 365 Migration Tool Tool. Install and run the software as administrator.

Step-2: Click on the Select Files button to add the OST file that you want to export to your Office 365 account. You can also add multiple OST files to the software.

Step-3: If you want to migrate a complete folder, click on the Select Folder button. This option allows you to select an entire folder that contains the desired OST files.

Step-4: Now, locate the Outlook OST files that you want to migrate. Select them and press the Open button.

Step-5: The tool also has Remove and Remove All buttons. So, if you have chosen the wrong files, you can clear them from the list.

Step-6: After adding the desired Offline OST files, click on the Next button.

Step-7: Now, you will see the complete mailbox preview of the selected OST file in the left pane. You can check the emails by double-clicking on them.

Step-11: If you have all the desired user mailboxes in a CSV file, you can press the Import CSV option. Click on the Sample CSV option to download a sample mailbox CSV file that will show you the format.

Step-12: After that, click on the Next button to proceed further.

Step-13: The tool provides you OST to Office mailbox account mapping option. Map the selected Outlook OST file with desired user mailboxes. Click on the Next button.

Step-14: After OST to mailbox account mapping, choose the destination mailbox type for the mapped OST file. You can opt from Mailbox, In-place Archive, or Public Folder. Click on the Next button.

Step-15: Tick the Remove Duplicate Mail On basis of To, From, Subject, Bcc, Body option. It helps you leave all the duplicate emails from the selected OST file while exporting to Office 365.

Step-16: The Mail Filter option allows you to export emails of a specific Date Range. Tick this option and assign a particular Start Date and End Date to specify the date range.

Step-17: After Mail Filter, check the Task Filter and enter specific Start Date and End Date to filter your emails based on Task.

Step-18: The Custom Folder Name option provides a facility to give a custom name to the folder of the exported OST files. Select the option and enter any desired name.

Step-19: If you want to export the OST file data to its default folder, tick the Restore to Default Folder option.

Step-20: At last, click on the Convert button to initialize the OST file migration to Office 365 account.

Step-21: As you click on the Convert button, the tool starts the migration. The time taken by the process depends upon the size of the OST file. However, the DRS OST to Office 365 Migration Tool will export it as soon as possible.

Step-22: After completing the migration, you can download the conversion report by pressing the Download Report button. This option allows you to download the report in CSV file format.

Order Number: Insert your order ID number that you received at the time of purchase.

File Path: Select the desired path to save the .info file.

Now click the “Get authentication code” tab.

A new .info file will be saved in the user described location.

Step 3: Send the .info file produced by the software at sales@data-recovery-solutions.com.

Step 4: Within some time user will get the authentication key in his/her Mailbox.

Step 5: Now open the DRS software again and enter the received activation key to activate the software.

Download the DRS software for Windows from DRS’s official website.
Now Install the software on your computer by making a double click on the .exe file.
After that follow the steps on the setup wizard to install the application on your computer.
