Software Guide on How to use DRS PST File Splitter Software

Step-2: Browse for the PST file you want to split and click on Open button.

Step-3: Here you can check the file path and file size of the selected PST file.

Step-4: Click on Next button to proceed further.

Step-5: Here you have to select the file/folder from the left tree structure you want in new PST.

Step-6: Now, you have to check the desired option as per your requirements and click on Next button.

Step-7: In this screen, you have to select the PST file size you want to save as new PST.

Step-8: You can check the Ignore Duplicate Mails option to avoid duplicate mails.

Step-9: You can click on Apply Password option and give password to protect your PST file from unwanted access.

Step-10: Now, select the location to save the new PST file.

Step-11: Click on Split button to perform split option.

Step-12: Wait for the process to get completed.

Step-13: Here you go. You have successfully save PST file.

Step-14: You can select Split PST by Date option here to split PST file by date and click on Next.

Step-15: Select date range to split the PST file.

Step-16: Click on Add button after selecting the date range.

Step-17: You can select either of the options as per your requirement.

Step-18: Here you need to check Ignore Duplicate Mail option to ignore duplicate mails.

Step-19: Apply password to safeguard your PST file from unwanted access.

Step-20: Select the saving path and click on Split option.

Step-21: Wait for the process to get completed.

Step-22: The new PST file gets saved.

Step-23: Select Split PST File by Sender and click on NEXT button.

Step-24: You have to add email address here.

Step-25: Wait for the process.

Step-26: Finally, all the sender mail address gets added.

Step-27: You can check all the added email address and select saving path to save the PST file.

Step-28: Click on Ignore Duplicate Mails to avoid duplicate emails.

Step-29: Select saving location and click on Split button on save the emails.

Step-30: The PST files gets saved successfully.

Step-31: Choose Split by Folders option to split PST file and click on Next.

Step-32: Click on Choose option to select the saving path.

Step-33: Apply password here to protect your PST file.

Step-34: Click on Ignore Duplicate Emails option to ignore the duplicate mails.

Step-35: Choose saving option either as Single PST or Separate PST for Selected Folder.

Step-36: Click on Split button to split the PST file.

Step-37: Here you have save PST file successfully.
