Step-1

Download and install the DRS PST to Office 365 Migration Tool. Run it as administrator.

Click on the Browse button. It allows you to add the desired PST file to the system.

If you want to insert multiple PST files or a folder containing multiple PST files, opt for the Multiple Files/Folder option.

After pressing the Browse button, choose the desired Outlook data file from your system and press the Open button to add the selected file.

As the file is added, you will see a tree-structure preview of the mailbox folders.

Check the file preview and select desired items you want to migrate. Press Next to proceed further.

Now, enter the Username and Password of your Office 365 account in the desired field and press the Sign In button.

After successfully logging in to your user accounts, you have to choose the specifications for migration.

Tick the Remove duplicate Mail on basis of to, from, subject, Bcc, Body option. It allows you to prevent duplicate mailbox items and migrate original file content.

The Maintain Folder Hierarchy option keeps all the mailbox items in the correct order. This option is enabled by default.

Step-11

The Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachment files option allows you to export PST to Office 365 without email attachments. Tick the option to exclude attachment files.

Next is the Mail Filter option. It helps you to migrate emails of a specific date range. Mark this option and enter suitable Start Date and End Date to specify the date range.

Similarly, tick the Task Filter option and fill in the required Start Date and End Date.

If you want to give a custom name to the resultant folder of PST files, tick the Custom Folder Name option and enter the desired name.

At last, click on the Convert button to initiate the Outlook PST to Office 365 Migration Tool.

After successfully finishing the migration, you will see the migration report. You can also download this report as a CSV file by pressing the Download Report button.

If you want to migrate another PST file to any Office 365 account, click on the Convert Again button.
