Software Guide on How to Split OST Files into Multiple Files

Step-2: Here you can click on any of the option given at top right corner to purchase, activate license, to get info about the software and help guide to know about the DRS OST Splitter.

Step-3: Click on Add Files or Add Folders to add OST file that you want to Split.

Step-4: Check the File size and Path you have given and click on Next button to procced.

Step-5: Select the files and folders you want to split from left panel of the software interface.

Step-6: Choose first option i.e. Split OST by size to split the OST file by size and click on Next button.

Step-7: Here you need to enter the file size to split the OST file and then provide the password by checking Apply Password option to secure the OST file and click on Split button below.

Step-8: Wait for the split process to get completed.

Step-9: Finally, the OST file gets saved at the location you provided. And close the application.

Step-10: Here if you want it to split OST by Date, you can choose second option and click Next.

Step-11: Select the date range to split OST file according to the date filter option.

Step-12: Once date option is selected, click on Add button to add the selected date.

Step-13: Here, you can either select Create single PST or create separate PST to save the split file.

Step-14: Here, you can set the password to protect your file.

Step-15: Click on Choose option to select the saving path and click on Split button.

Step-16: Wait for the process to get completed.

Step-17: OST file saved successfully. You can now close the application.

Step-18: You can select Split OST file by sender option to split OST file and click on Next.

Step-19: Click on Add Email Address to add email id.

Step-20: Once all the email address gets added, you will receive a popup for successfully added sender mail address and click OK.

Step-21: You can check Ignore Duplicate Mails to avoid duplicate emails.

Step-22: You can click on Apply Password option to set password.

Step-23: Click on Choose button to select the saving location and click on Split button.

Step-24: Here you have to wait for the process to get completed.

Step-25: Here the OST file gets saved successfully.

Step-26: You can select Split OST file by folders option to split the OST file and click on Next button.

Step-27: Click on Choose option to select the saving path.

Step-28: Choose Apply Password option to set password.

Step-29: Check Ignore Duplicate Mails to remove duplicate entry.

Step-30: Click on Split button to proceed.

Step-31: Now wait until it gets completed.

Step-32: Now the OST file gets saved successfully.
