How to Backup Yahoo Email With DRS Yahoo Backup Utility

Step-2: Click the available buttons for Activation key, Buynow, Help, Tools, etc.

Step-3: Now enter Yahoo account credentials and click sign-in.

Step-4: Wait till the software loads all your Yahoo Mailbox items.

Step-5: After that choose the mailbox items you want to backup and click NEXT.

Step-6: Now choose the backup format. Here we elect PDF in our example.

Step-7: Save your time and storage by selecting the Remove Duplicate Mails option.

Also, tick the checkbox “Maintain Folder Hierarchy”.

You can also choose to save PDF attachments separately.

“Free up server space” you can choose this option if you want to delete emails from the server after the backup process completes.

Step-8: Select option “skip previously migrated Items”.

Choose to migrate without attachments.

Check the checkbox of Backup Schedule and enter the time and select the period of backup.

Step-9: Here you can apply different filters like Mail filter by entering a Start date and end date parameters.

Step-10: Now if you want to add a custom folder name then tick the required checkbox.

Step-11: You can choose to rename the output files by checking the Naming convention box.

Step-12: Pick a file saving path from your computer or external hard drive to save the backup files.

In the end, click the convert button to start the backup process of Yahoo emails.

Step-13: Wait for some minutes till the backup process gets finished.

Step-14: You can choose to cancel the scheduled backup and start the backup early.

Step-15: The Yahoo to PST conversion is completed, you can download the report or choose to convert again. If not then exit and close the software.

Now if you want to add a custom folder name then tick the required checkbox.

Step-11: Now click the convert button.

Step-12: Wait for a few minutes till the tool exports all Yahoo emails to Gmail account.

Step-13: The Yahoo to Gmail conversion is completed, you can download the report or choose to convert again. If not then exit and close the software.
