Step-1: Download, Install & Run DRS Zoho Mail Backup Tool.

Note: Internet connection is mandatory to use this software.

Click the available buttons for Activation key, Buynow, Help, etc.

Step-2: Now enter Zoho Mail account credentials. Click Sign-in.

Note: Use a Third-party app password for login.

Click the mentioned link to create and use a third-party app password.

Step-3: You can see the Zoho mailbox items in a tree-structure pattern.

Step-4: Now choose the mailbox items you want to backup and click NEXT.

Step-5: Now pick the backup file format from the available choices. Here we elect PST format to explain the process..

Step-6: Select option to Remove Duplicate items from the selected emails.

Apply checkbox to maintain folder hierarchy.

Go for the available option to Free up server space.

If previously migrated emails using this tool then choose the option to skip them.

If you want to migrate without attachments then tick the appropriate option.

You can also schedule the Zoho backup process respectively Once, Daily, On Every Week/Month, On Week/Month Days.

Step-8: Here you can apply Mail filter by entering a Start date and end date parameters for selective migration of ZOHO emails.

Now if you want to add a custom folder name then tick the required checkbox.

Step-9: After that pick a file-saving path from your computer or external hard drive to save the backup files.

In the end, click the convert button to start the backup of ZOHO emails.

Step-10: Wait for some minutes till the backup process gets finished.

Step-11: The ZOHO to PST migration is now completed. You can download the report or choose to convert again. If not then close the application.

Step-6: Wait till the software loads your Gmail account.

Step-7: Select option to Remove Duplicate items from the selected emails.

Apply checkbox to maintain folder hierarchy.

Go for the available option to Free up server space.

Step-8: If already migrated emails then choose the option to neglect them.

If you want to migrate without attachment then choose the available box.

Set Schedule time to backup Zoho emails respectively Once, Daily, On Every Week/Month, On Week/Month Days

Step-9: Perform selective migration by applying the Mail filter by entering a Start date and end date parameters.

Also, if you want to add a Custom folder name then tick the required checkbox.

Now click the Convert button to start the Zoho backup process.

Step-10: Wait for a few minutes till the tool exports all Zoho emails to Gmail account.

Step 2: Now click on Activate button. If the user already has the activation key then he/she can enter the key in the given space and click the Online activation button.

If you do not have the activation key with you then follow the underneath mentioned process to get the activation key and perform Offline Activation.

3. Launch DRS software on your computer.

4. Here choose “I don’t have authentication code” and enter the following details.

Step 2: Here click on “I don’t have authentication code” and enter the following details.

Email Address: Here, you require to enter your email address, which you have used to register the Software.

Order Number: Insert your order ID number that you received at the time of purchase.

File Path: Select the desired path to save the .info file.

Now click the “Get authentication code” tab.

A new .info file will be saved in the user described location.

Step 3: Send the .info file produced by the software at sales@data-recovery-solutions.com.

Step 4: Within some time user will get the authentication key in his/her Mailbox.

Step 5: Now open the DRS software again and enter the received activation key to activate the software.

Download the DRS software for Windows from DRS’s official website.
Now Install the software on your computer by making a double click on the .exe file.
After that follow the steps on the setup wizard to install the application on your computer.
After the finish of the setup wizard, a dialog box will arrive with a message of completion of the setup.
Here click Finish to launch the software on your Windows machine or Computer/Laptop.
