For Outlook 2010 And 2013:
  • Go to the “File” menu.
  • Go to the “Options” and then select “Add-ins”.
  • Click on “Manage” and scroll down to “add-in category” and disable anti-virus add-in.

Method 4: Review Firewall Settings
