Convert OST to MBOX

Step-1: Start the OST File Conversion tool and choose Single file or Multiple file option.

Step-2: Provide Log & Temporary file path. Click the NEXT button to continue.

Step-3: Now click the Select files or Select Folder tab.

Step-4: All the selected OST folders will be added to the software. Click Next.

Step-5: Select the OST items that you want to convert.

Step-6: Click NEXT to move further.

Step-7: Choose MBOX as file saving option.

Step-8: Apply customized filters by ticking on the "checkbox" buttons for Mail filter, Remove duplicate Mail, and Custom folder name.

Step-9: Provide the file saving location by clicking path to save button.

Step-10: Hit the Convert button to start the OST Conversion.

Step-11: The software begins with OST to MBOX Conversion as mentioned.

Step-12: You can download the report in CSV format.
