Step-1 : Launch the DRS IMAP Backup Tool. Click on the Add Row button to add an empty row.
Step-2 : Tick the row and provide the required login details of the IMAP account.
Step-3 : Repeat this procedure for adding multiple IMAP accounts. Hit Next.
Step-4 : After successfully verifying the IMAP account, you will see the mailbox preview. Tick the desired mailbox folder and click Next.
Step-5 : Choose Office 365 in the destination field and click on the Next button.
Step-6 : Now, tick the Assign Impersonation Right option and click on the Login button. It will redirect you to the Microsoft 365 Login page.
Step-7 : Sign in using the required Office 365 login credentials. After successful verification, you will see an authentication completion message.

Step-9 : Now, choose from Mailbox, Archive Mailbox or Public folder. Map the source IMAP mailboxes and destination Office 365 mailboxes as per your requirement. Hit Next to proceed further.
Step-10 : After that, select all the migration properties.
Step-11 : At last, click on the Convert button to migrate IMAP mailbox to Office 365 account.
