You must have a premium plan for the destination accounts [G Suite & Office 365] for swift migration.
Access to all Google APIs must be enabled in the G Suite Admin account.
A Google Project must be created to get the respective Client ID, Service Account ID, and P12 file.
Domain-Wide Scopes should be provided for both Source and Destination IDs.
While using Import users from CSV make sure to download the CSV file from the link given in the software.
Please ensure to Download the Sample CSV file from the link given in the software while backing up G Suite Only emails into other file formats and email clients.
In the case of G Suite backup through IMAP, download the CSV file from the given link in the software.
Read permission must be granted to Local Source Folder.
G Suite email address, App Password, IMAP Host, and Port will be required while choosing the Backup G Suite emails only option.

Limitation	Reasons
All mailbox folders are processed even if they are outside the date range.	The application is built to process the mailbox folder before processing the emails.
Use a forward slash in the folders name	Because Google considers forward slash [/] as a path separator
