How to Backup Gmail Email With DRS Gmail Backup Utility

Step-2: Provide Destination path and temporary path and click Sign in button.

Step-3: Wait till the software loads all Gmail Mailboxes folders.

Step-4: Now select the Gmail items you want to export. Click the Next button.

Step-5: Select AOL as file saving format from the drop-down list.

Step-7: Apply the Mail filter and Task Filter by providing the start date and end date.

Step-8: After that, tick checkbox Remove duplicate emails to eliminate duplicate emails.

Step-9: Select to enter a custom folder name in the given space and click the convert tab.

Step-10: Wait until the process gets completed. You can cancel the migration procedure by clicking the Stop button.

Step-11: After Gmail to AOL Mail saving process finishes, you can download the report as CSV or choose to convert again option.

Step-12: Now close and exit the Gmail backup software.
