Software Working

Gmail Email to Image format [PNG, TIFF, GIF, JPG]

Step-1: Install & Launch DRS Gmail Backup Software and enter your Gmail A/C credentials.

Step-2: Provide Destination path and temporary path and click Sign in button.

Step-3: Wait till the software loads all Gmail folders.

Step-4: Now select the Gmail items you want to export. Click the Next button.

Step-5: Here you can select from PNG, TIFF, JPG, GIF as a file saving format as shown. We opt for PNG in our example.

Step-6: You can apply customized filters by using Mail filter, Task filter, Naming convention, and Remove duplicate emails checkbox.

Step-7: Browse and navigate the file saving path and click the Convert button from the software.

Step-8: The Gmail backup tool starts the process.

Step-9: The process gets ended as displayed. You can download the report in CSV.

Step-10: You can view the saved image files at the destination location as displayed.
