Software Working

Save Gmail Mailbox in MSG format

Step-1: Install & Launch DRS Gmail Backup Software and enter your Gmail A/C credentials.

Step-2: Provide Destination path and temporary path and click Sign in button.

Step-3: Wait till the software loads all Gmail folders.

Step-4: Now select the Gmail items you want to export. Click the Next button.

Step-5: Choose file saving format as MSG.

Step-6: Apply customized filters by ticking on the "checkbox" buttons for Mail filter, Task Filter, Naming convention, and Remove duplicate emails.

Step-7: Enter the saving path to store output MSG files on your computer.

Step-8: Click the Convert button.

Step-9: Wait when the software converts Gmail email into MSG format.

Step-10: The procedure will be finished as shown below

Step-11: Saved output files can be viewed at the destination location.
