Software Working

Save Gmail as EML Format

Step-1: Install & Launch DRS Gmail Backup Software and enter your Gmail A/C credentials.

Step-2: Provide Destination path and temporary path and click Sign in button.

Step-3: Wait till the software loads all Gmail folders.

Step-4: Now select the Gmail items you want to export. Click the Next button.

Step-5: Select EML as a file saving format.

Step-6: For selective conversion use the Mail filter and Task filter by providing start date and end date.

Step-7: You can also use the Naming convention option.

Step-8: Provide the custom folder name and opt for Remove duplicate email option(If wants to).

Step-9: Browse and choose the path to save the output file and click the Convert button.

Step-10: The tool starts the saving process as Gmail to EML.

Step-11: The process will be done as shown below. You can download the report as CSV.

Step-12: You can view the output files at the destination location.
